3. Use of Products & Safety Disclaimer

VIV provides professional-grade aquascaping equipment. By using our products, you acknowledge that:

• Aquarium Cabinets: Must be placed on a level surface. VIV is not liable for structural failures caused by improper installation or uneven flooring.

• LED Lighting (Sunscape): Must be used with specified power adapters. Avoid direct contact with water unless otherwise stated.

• Glassware: Hand-blown glass products are delicate. Please handle with care. VIV is not responsible for injuries resulting from broken glass during maintenance.

4. Accuracy of Materials

The technical specifications and data (such as PAR values, light spectrum charts, and dimensions) displayed on the Sunscape Specs and other product pages are for informational purposes. While we strive for precision, VIV does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
